Nouveau Engineering and Innovation Inc. is a Canadian engineering consultancy founded in 2026 and based in Campbellton, New Brunswick.
We combine mechanical and thermal engineering expertise, industrial operating experience, structured problem-solving, and innovative thinking to help organizations address technical challenges, strengthen reliability, and improve operational performance.

Nouveau Engineering was established to bring a different approach to industrial engineering consulting—one where technical excellence, professional integrity, innovation, and value-conscious execution work together.

Throughout my professional journey in mechanical and thermal engineering, power generation, industrial operations, and pulp-and-paper facilities, I have seen how challenging recurring equipment failures, inefficient processes, and operational constraints can be.
I have also learned that some of the most valuable engineering solutions do not necessarily come from larger investments or increasingly complex technologies. They often begin with asking better questions, understanding the fundamental causes of a problem, and applying sound engineering judgment.
I founded Nouveau Engineering and Innovation Inc. because I believe organizations of every size deserve access to technically rigorous engineering support delivered with integrity, transparency, and genuine consideration for their operational and financial realities.
My vision is to create an engineering consultancy where technical excellence and innovative thinking are supported by an agile, client-focused operating model.
Rather than approaching every challenge with a predetermined solution, I want Nouveau to begin by understanding the client’s objectives, the behaviour of the system, the constraints involved, and the opportunities for meaningful improvement.
I believe engineering should provide measurable value. Every investment in technical analysis, equipment improvements, or project execution should have a clear purpose and sound justification.
Equally important is the environment in which engineering decisions are made. I want Nouveau to encourage open discussion, constructive questioning, professional respect, and collaboration—because engineering succeeds when knowledge, experience, and ideas are shared freely.
My ambition is not simply to establish another consulting business. It is to build an engineering practice that clients associate with thoughtful analysis, practical innovation, professional ethics, and dependable relationships.

Nouveau’s technical foundation is informed by its founder’s professional experience across mechanical engineering, thermal power generation, industrial operations, pulp-and-paper facilities, and engineering project delivery. The founder also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment (HSE), complementing the firm’s safety-conscious engineering approach.
Our technical perspective is further supported by a senior mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the pulp-and-paper industry.
This foundation provides a valuable combination of operational knowledge, engineering analysis, senior industrial insight, and innovation-focused thinking.
The professional experience described includes work undertaken before Nouveau Engineering and Innovation Inc. was established.

Project Management
